Harry Edward Styles, known as Harry Styles in the world of pop music. as Harry Styles, is a British singer and composer acknowledged as being one of the band members in the band One Direction. Born in Holmes Chapel (Cheshire), England, on 1 February 1994, Harry Styles is the son of Des Styles, and Anne Cox. Harry Styles studied at the Holmes Chapel Comprehensive School, where he made his own music group with three of his classmates. The band was identified as White Eskimo. They took home the Battle of Bands in 2009 with their amazing shows. He always showed an interest in music but wanted to become the next lawyer or physical therapy. For a while he worked for a short time in a baker's shop within his town to help to support his family financially. Harry Styles auditioned for The X Factor in 2010, and performed Is not She Lovely, a Stevie Wonder song. He was picked. This is why his group were forced to split. Nicole Scherzinger proposed to Harry Styles to become member of a brand new group, One Direction. The Others in the group were Liam Payne Zayn Mallik Niall Horan Louis Tomlinson. The creation of the group was a fact in 2010 and the five youngsters were sponsored by Simon Cowell. During the competition the band performed songs like My Life Would Suck Without You by Kelly Clarkson and Total Eclipse of the Heart by Bonnie Tyler so the group could be considered one of the contestants to win the competition. The group was however placed third position behind Rebecca Ferguson, and the winner Matt Cardle. Harry Styles' group didn't win, but Cowell still paid 2 million dollars to One Direction for them to make a deal with Syco.
