Sheryl Underwood, an American comedian, host of a TV show and actor best known for hosting the popular daily talk show The Talk. She was raised by Little Rock and Atwater. Sheryl is the product of a very troubled background. Sheryl was fostered by her sister Frankie. Frankie had suffered from Polio. She had a lot of trouble with her mother while growing as a teenager. Sheryl asserts that, in an instance when her mother stabbed her father after he became intimate with her. Sheryl was a soldier upon her graduation from college. Her passion for the military was comedy. The show was named the first ever female finalist of the Miller Lite Comedy Search, which was held in 1989. She began her TV profession in the year 1992 after she became a regular performer for the HBO comedy show Def Comedy Jam. The show was in the show Oh Drama! as the host in the year 2000. Then in 2011, she started being on The Talk as co-host. She also has fictional roles in shows like Bulworth and Nikki as well as Beauty Shop.
